Suspensions happen when we detect unusual activity (large rapid withdrawals, repeated failed verifications, terms violations). We'll email you the reason and next steps. Most suspensions are temporary while we verify your identity. Contact support to provide additional documentation or clarify the issue and get your account reactivated.

Deposits via these four methods usually clear within one minute after you confirm the payment in your bank or e-wallet app. Withdrawals require verification (identity check, linked account confirmation) and typically process within 24 hours once approved. Contact support with your transaction ID, date and reason. Our team reviews your account activity and transaction records within five business days. If we confirm the charge was unauthorized, we'll reverse it to your original payment method or offer an account credit if reversal isn't possible.
